One can see history and sights of Dobruš land by having visited a local museum which is placed in a building of the end of the nineteenth century.

The building of the Dobruš museum of study of local lore is the monument of architecture of the end of the nineteenth century. It was built with funds of a princess Iryna Paskevič. First, there was a school for children of the workers of the paper-mill of princes Paskevičs’. Dobruš regional museum of study of local lore started forming its funds in twenty three; first of all at the expense of receipts from public museums of the region, private collections of inhabitants of Dobruš and also at the expense dispatch work of collaborators of the museum. Today the expositions of the museum repel history of Dobruš region from very old times till our days. There is a monument in front of the museum – a bust of a founder of the Dobruš paper-mill a Prince Fiodar Paskevič.
