In twenty twelve the architectural monument celebrated its centenary.

The manor was built in nineteen twelve as an accommodation unit for an administrator of a manor of Horvats' Andrej Linievič. It represents an example of wooden architectonics, no analogue of which is present in other places of the country. The building has the appearance of a one-storeyed quadrate lodging with garlows. It is put on a high brick plinth. Above the main entrance there is a balcony on four poles. A gallery which unfortunately hasn't been preserved was placed once from the site of the yard front. Fronts of the house are decorated with ornamental architraves. A carved bench goes across the building and a border and corbel courses are decorated with carving. And tin drainpipes are decorated artistically. In the Soviet times a party nucleus, a district polyclinic and a Youth Club were located here. From nineteen ninety-five Naroŭlia Ethnographic Museum is situated here.
