The temple was raised in eighteen forty five and in spite of wars and antichurch struggle of the Soviet government has always remained open for faithful.
The Savior-Transfiguration church was built in the middle of the nineteenth century at the expense of Ihnat Valadkovich. Interior of the Transfiguration church is decorated with paintings in which perspective foreshortening is used. Images of God Sabaoth on the throne and twelve apostles are set in a cupola, of Evangelists – on pendetives, a scene of "Epiphany" – in the chancel, Evangelic cycle on stages. There are icons "Mother of God of Hodegetria", "Baptism" of the eighteenth – nineteenth centuries and others. In nineteen ninety-five interior restoration of icons was made in the church and the main cupola was covered by galvanized metal plate. There are five bells, three of them are founded in sixteen twenty-eight, seventeen ninety-two and eighteen eighty-nine.
