Of the whole estate complex only the linden woodland with powerful trees and an old barn of the middle of the nineteenth century have remained.

Yaloùskaya Mountain represents two low hills above the Basia River. Once representatives of a well-known family of Tolstyya were slithering down of them to the river. This Russian family of the nobility settled down here from the end of the eighteenth century when a Mahilioù governor Dmitriy Tolstoy received Mahilioù lands including Yalova from Catherine the Second. Exactly here the recently appointed governor built one of his residences. From once big manor complex has remained not so much for today. Only a linden plantation with strong trees and an old barn of the middle of the nineteenth century have kept safe. Today, staying near the building of the old barn one can see well picturesque landscapes, hills, remains of very old sites of ancient settlements on both sides of the Basia River and also a natural boundary Yalova – a monument of nature with the most beautiful birchen grove.
