The first prayer house of Evangelical Christians Baptists in the village of Vuĺka-Padharodskaja (today within the boundaries of Brest) was built in 1932. The name of the Baptist church comes from the name of the village. The people of Brest simply call it "Vuĺka" or "Na Vuĺcy". In the 1980s, the prayer house was rebuilt and it has survived to this day. The current address of the prayer house of the Vuĺka Church: Brest, 120/1 Vulica Padharodskaja.

The first Protestant believers appeared in Brest as early as 1553, when the Chancellor of the Grand Duchy of Lithuania and the mayor of Brest, Mikalaj Radzivil Čorny, founded a Calvinist congregation in Brest. Time passed, the Reformation was replaced by the Counter-Reformation, the Protestant community in Belarus was going through a crisis. The revival of Belarusian Protestantism began in the late 19th and early 20th century. And in the 1920s and 1930s, the Great Evangelical Awakening took place in the lands of Western Belarus, during which hundreds of Protestant churches (Baptists, Methodists, Evangelical Christians, and others) appeared.

The first Baptist believers appeared in Brest in 1912, when the Evangelical preacher Mikalaj Makareŭski and his family settled in the city. But with the beginning of the First World War, Brest Baptist believers were forced to leave their hometown. The revival of the service of the Baptist church in Brest is connected with the name of probably the most famous Belarusian Protestant of the 20th century, Lukaš Dziekuć-Maliej (1888–1955). Pastor Dziekuć-Maliej, famous for his translation of the Bible into Belarusian, arrived in Brest in December 1921 and immediately began organizing the church. At that time, the city was destroyed by the war, many people lost their relatives and friends.

Lukaš Dziekuć-Maliej preached not only in Brest, but also in the surrounding villages, including Vuĺka-Padharodskaja. Soon, a Baptist community was organized in Vuĺka, which continues to serve today. Currently, the church "Na Vuĺcy" has hundreds of believers who are engaged in charitable activities and social work. 3 choirs have been created at the church, there is a Bible school. Church ministry "Children in trouble" provides assistance to families of children suffering from oncology. In 2021, the ECB church "Na Vuĺcy" celebrated its centenary.
