The Silent Bell is a memorial in honor of the soldiers who died for the liberation of the Svietlahorsk region during World War II.

The memorial is a nine-ton bell made in bronze and, by design, has a large split caused by an explosion. On the inside of the bell, where you can go through this split, the names of all 264 soldiers who died during the liberation of Šacilki are engraved. They are buried in a mass grave under a five-meter construction created by Belarusian architects. From the outside of the bell, you can find images of military operations up to the capture of the Reichstag.
