The picturesque Siennienskaje Lake is located in the basin of the River Kryvinka near Sianno. The area of ​​the lake is 3.15 square kilometers, the length is more than 6 kilometers, the greatest depth is 31.5 meters.

The Siennienskaje Lake is adjacent to the northern outskirts of the city, the villages of Turava, Karalievičy, Čyrvony Pramień, Voĺnaje and Zaazierje are around its shores. In the north-west, the Siennienskaje Lake is connected to the Bahdanaŭskaje Lake by a wide channel, through which the bridge is spanned and the highway passes.

The Siennienskaje Lake is characterized by sandy steep shores, which form many bays and capes. The lake is rich in fish, such as bream, pike, roach, tench, crucian carp, perch, walleye and eel. Fishing and spearfishing are allowed on the Siennienskaje Lake. Being the part of the city line, the lake forms the face of Siannо. There is a promenade and a city beach. An 18-hectare island is located in the northern part of the Siennienskaje Lake.
