The zemstvo administration building is an example of public style architecture with elements of classicism and is a kind of visiting card of the town. It was located on Vulica Sadovaja or Aficerskaja (now Vulica Savieckaja).
According to some documents, the building of the zemstvo administration was erected in 1910, according to others – in 1914. A forged iron grate is installed on the balcony of the building, which is a unique architectural monument of public architecture with elements of classicism. This is an example of decorative and applied art. Currently, the local history museum is located here, occupying the second floor of the building and the right wing on the first floor. The Sianno Museum of Local History was founded on August 30, 1995 and opened to the public on September 1, 1995. The museum presents several expositions: "Ethnography and Life", "Architecture and Spiritual Culture of the Sianno Region", "Eternally Living Art", "Exhibition of Works of Folk Craftsmen of the Sianno Region", as well as an exhibition dedicated to the tank battle near Sianno in 1941. On the walls of the museum you can see traces of bullets and shrapnel from the Second World War. In 2008, the building of the former zemstvo was given the status of a historical and cultural value of the Republic of Belarus.
