The building of the credit society is an architectural monument of the early twentieth century. It is a monument of regional significance.
Elements of the Empire style are used in the architecture of the two-storey building of the credit society.
In the late 19th and early 20th centuries, this building housed a credit society. In Soviet times, the building housed a garment factory. Now the building houses the shopping and entertainment center “Metro”, the confectionery “Madlen” , the bistro “Van Gogh” and the bar “Churchill”.
