The multifunctional stadium is the home arena of the football club “Dniapro” in Mahilioŭ. The stadium has a capacity of 7,350 seats.
In 1951, a site for the construction of a sports facility was allocated in the center of Mahilioŭ. At the end of 1954, construction of the Spartak Stadium began on this site. And already in May 1956 a new sports facility was put into operation. Since 1960, the stadium has become the home arena of the Mahilioŭ football team “Chimik” (now “Dniapro”). In 1967, the stadium was equipped with a reinforced concrete tribune for 5,000 people. In the early 80s, the stadium had changing rooms for football players, a press center, and a scoreboard. The number of seats for spectators increased to 12,000. Since 1992, the Spartak Stadium began to host matches of the Belarusian football championship.
In 1999–2000, the first stage of the reconstruction of the sports arena took place. All stands, changing rooms, the press center and medical center were renovated. The gym and athletics arena were also renovated. Plastic seats were installed in the stands, which reduced the stadium's capacity to 7,350 seats.
The second stage of reconstruction took place in 2008–2009. During this time, a new lawn was laid on the football field, heating was installed and a new drainage irrigation system was redesigned. Long jump and shot put sectors were equipped. A modern electronic scoreboard was installed on the south stand and on the west stand, the roof of the stand was erected.
