The Catholic Church of St. Joseph is a stone Catholic church located in the center of the city.

At the beginning of the 20th century, there was a Roman Catholic parish in the town. Parish services were held in a small chapel. In Soviet times, Catholic churches in the BSSR were closed or destroyed. The old building of the Catholic church in Žytkavičy has not been preserved.

Religious life began to revive in the 1990s, when priests from neighboring districts began to visit Catholics in Žytkavičy. A parish named after Saint Joseph the Craftsman was established. And in 2000, the construction of a new church was started.

The new church is built of brick. It is solved by rectangular volume in plan under a gable roof. The planar side facades are divided into two tiers by highly raised arched window and door openings. The entrance is solved by an arcaded porch under a gable roof, which is rhythmic with a dihedral shield of the facade, completed by an arched window opening.
