Holy Trinity Church in architectural terms is a stone 5-domed temple of longitudinal-axial composition. In the 70s of the XIX century, a 3-tier bell tower, as well as 5 domes were added to the temple.

Holy Trinity Church was built between 1533 and 1550. In 1705, this temple became the Uniate church at the monastery of the Basilian Order. After the Polack Council of 1839, which eliminated Uniatism in Belarus, Holy Trinity Church was transferred to Orthodox.

Holy Trinity Church suffered a lot during the fire, which took place in Mir in 1865. The temple was majorly rebuilt in 1873–1875 in the retrospective-Russian style.

The church has the status of historical and cultural value of the Republic of Belarus of the second category.
