A manor has being existed in Marjina Horka from the sixteenth century. Its owners were often changing. In olden times Radzivils, Bužynskis, Ratynskis, Krupskis were the owners and also representatives of less known noble family.
After the uprising of eighteen sixty three the manor was taken into sequestrum and as the whole village became property of the Minister of the Interior of the Russian Empire Liev Makov. By the way in particular Liev Makov required that railway was being tended through Marjina Horka. Also in eighteen seventy-six when he was the owner a manor house of red bricks which is as of today the main showplace of Marjina Horka was built. Makaŭ Manor was being overhaulded several times. A park laid near it has been preserved only partly in consequence of household changes. From nineteen thirty-five till nineteen forty-one House of art of writers of Belarus where classics of Belarusian literature Janka Kupala, Jakub Kolas, Zmitrok Biadulia, Kuźma Čorny were working and resting in olden times was accommodated in the building. Now a medical institute is situated in the manor house.
